The perfect balance between the elegance of Syrah and the intensity of Mourvedre from our finest plots.

THE VINTAGE
In 2019, the climate was very dry and hot during the growing season. As a result, the harvest began very early with grapes showing excellent health, thick skins and intense colors. The red wines show aromas of ripe fruit, raspberries with a slight touch of mint and present a beautiful minerality. On the palate, the tannins are elegant and well concentrated. This vintage shows signs of a long aging potential.

TASTING NOTES
Very beautiful intense ruby red color with purple reflections. Complex nose, mixing spices and fresh fruits: tarragon, white pepper and blackberry. Nice start on the palate, full and very voluminous. Density and fullness compete for satin and silky: astonishing contrast between power and grace. The fruitiness takes the upper hand, with aromas of blackcurrant and Burlat cherry. Notes of sweet liquorice appear, as well as a hint of gouache. The tannins are very tight, fine-grained.
