A MUCH SOUGHT-AFTER RARITY

Our white wine is one of the estate’s first historical wines.

Edmée le Roy is a rare and limited wine: only 2 hectares of the vineyard are devoted to its production. It is a delicate blend of Roussanne and Clairette with a touch of Grenache Blanc.

WINEMAKING METHOD

Harvested entirely by hand in crates with sorting on the plot, the grapes are picked in the morning in order to preserve the freshness of the aromas.

After full destemming, the grapes are delicately pressed. Settling followed by fermentation in vats and ageing of 6 months complete the refinement of this wine.
